Inspired by the flowing fabrics and pleats of wedding gowns, the dramatic ruffled edges of this collection are hand moulded and shaped to accentuate the natural movement of the clay. Each pleat is individually carved, often pushing the clay to its limits, before being carefully refined over the following hours and days. The result – an organic variation between each piece, with no two exactly the same.
